MILESTONE TO REPORT RESULTS FOR 2009 THIRD QUARTER ON

Management to Host Teleconference on Monday,

today announced that the Company will file its 10-Q reflecting third
quarter 2009 financial results for the three and nine months ended
September 30, 2009 on Thursday, November 12, 2009.
Milestone Scientific will host a teleconference on Monday, November
16, 2009, beginning at 4:15 PM Eastern Time, and invites all interested
parties to join management in a discussion regarding the Company’s
